These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name] (“Seflab”, “we”). They apply when you create an account or use Seflab for your restaurant. By using Seflab you accept them.

What Seflab does

Seflab helps restaurants run their marketing: a website, a private party inbox and quotes, a guest list, email campaigns, a menu, events, a content calendar and QR codes. Some features use outside services (see our privacy policy). Features can change as we improve the product.

Your account and team

  • You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep that email account secure.
  • The person who sets up a restaurant is its owner. Owners can invite managers and staff and are responsible for what their team does in Seflab.
  • You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the restaurant.

Plans and payment

  • Seflab costs $299 per month or $2,870 per year, plus any taxes. Prices shown at checkout apply.
  • Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. [refund policy]
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it’s fixed.

Party deposits

If you connect your own Stripe account, guests pay deposits to you directly. You are the seller: refunds, disputes and your own Stripe fees are between you, your guests and Stripe.

Your guests and your content

  • Your menu, photos, posts, guest list and messages stay yours. You let us store and show them only to run Seflab for you.
  • You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for following the law when you contact guests, including anti-spam rules such as CAN-SPAM.
  • Only email guests who agreed to hear from you. Seflab records each guest’s consent, adds an unsubscribe link to every campaign and stops emailing anyone who unsubscribes.
  • Posts to Facebook or Instagram are published only after someone on your team approves them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Seflab to send spam, mislead guests, break the law, upload harmful files, or try to reach data that isn’t yours. We may suspend an account that does.

AI drafts

Some features suggest text and designs. Review them before you send or publish anything; you are responsible for what goes out.

Availability

We work to keep Seflab running, but it’s provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

Ending your account

You can stop using Seflab at any time. Ask us and we’ll delete your restaurant’s data, except what we must keep by law. We may end the service with notice if these terms are broken.

Changes
